We Have Four Different Concierge Options:
Depending on the option you choose, patients will pay a quarterly, out-of-pocket membership fee. You can use HSA or FSA to pay this fee.
Fee covers services, such as:

▪️ Guaranteed appointment within 24-hrs (Mon-Thurs 8:00AM-5:00PM)
▪️ Membership to telemedicine app/website, providing you and your entire household with 24/7 access to a medical provider allowing after-hour or weekend medical concerns to be addressed
▪️ Annual executive physical with EKG and annual screening labs (cholesterol, diabetes screening, complete metabolic panel and complete blood count)
▪️ Waived in-office lab draw fees and urine dips fees
▪️ Pellet insertion or Testosterone cypionate injections
▪️ Intravenous fluid (IVF) administration quarterly
▪️ Monthly Vitamin B12 injections
▪️ 25% discount on Lipovite (fat-burner) injections, supplements, weight management programs, and weight management products
